Attached are both the wiring diagrams for the 2001 and also 2002-2005 Lexus IS300.
Disclaimer – I don’t take any responsibility for these diagrams, these do seem to be the factory wiring diagrams but I always like to double check / cross reference any wiring. Also I do not own a IS300 and can’t confirm these diagrams.
